REFUND POLICY

Non-Refundable Tickets:
All tickets purchased through Mystix Burlesque are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered in cases of force majeure (such as acts of God) or circumstances beyond our control. Please contact our team if you believe your situation qualifies.

Postponement or Rescheduling Policy:
If a show or event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued for postponed or rescheduled events.

Cancellation Policy:
If Mystix Burlesque cancels a show or event entirely (without a rescheduled date), ticket holders may be eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at the discretion of Mystix Burlesque.
