Mystix Burlesque classes are open to all levels, confidence-first, and built to help you feel powerful while learning real burlesque technique.

 

WHAT TO WEAR

• Warm-up + foundations

• Burlesque-inspired choreography

• Transitions, lines, poses, and “the tease”

• Stage presence, musicality, and performance polish

• Rotation of teachers + styles

 

We rotate instructors and class styles, so every week feels fresh classic, glam, neo, edgy, or theatrical depending on the class.

 

Props + fun extras

Some weeks we’ll work with props like gloves, boas, chairs, and more.

WHAT TO WEAR

Heels encouraged, not required

Wear what feels good and safe heels, sneakers, or dance shoes. Modifications are always available.
