Step into your power in our Burlesque-Inspired Heels Class. A confidenceforward space built for all shapes, all bodies, and all people.

Whether you’re brand new to heels or a seasoned performer, this class meets you where you are. You’ll learn burlesque-inspired movement, posture and presence, clean transitions, musicality, and stage-ready details that make everything look (and feel) more intentional. Expect a supportive vibe that helps you build confidence, refine your skills, and unlock your own signature style, whether you dance just for fun, fitness, or you’re polishing your craft as a professional.

All levels welcome. Come as you are, leave feeling bolder!

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Warm-up + foundations

• Burlesque-inspired choreography

• Transitions, lines, poses, and “the tease”

• Stage presence, musicality, and performance polish

• Rotation of teachers + styles

Props + fun extras

Some weeks we’ll work with props like gloves, boas, chairs, and more.

WHAT TO WEAR

Heels encouraged, not required

Wear what feels good and safe heels, sneakers, or dance shoes. Modifications are always available.

CLASS DETAILS

We rotate instructors and class styles, so every week feels fresh classic, glam, neo, edgy, or theatrical depending on the class.
